Open Positions

Job Description:
• Responding to compliance enquiries
• Preparing required periodic reports per regulations
• Compliance aspects according to the local regulation and according to the company’s best practices. Developing and enforcing adequate policies and procedures in order to meet the compliance requirements of CySEC and other applicable rules and regulations
• Managing the internal procedures and controls relevant to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing
• Monitoring anti-money laundering policies and procedures of the company as required by the company’s regulator
• Producing and submitting periodic compliance, AML and risk reports to the company’s regulator
• Performing regular monitoring to ensure that standards are adhered
• Overseeing corrective action of any compliance violations identified in review, audits and/or exams
• Working with all the departments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Developing compliance training materials and performing on-going training to employees
• Providing advice and guidance to employees as appropriate on money laundering matters
• Supporting the company’s software systems utilized to ensure compliance
• Conducting internal compliance audits
• Examining, evaluating and responding promptly to client complaints

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Law, Finance or Economics
• Licensed to provide Financial Services level: Advanced
• Previous experience in a similar role in an investment, consulting or other financial firm
• Excellent communication skills including written and verbal
• Extensive knowledge and proven experience with MIFID directive
• Fluency in English is required
• Fluency in Greek (advantage)

Job Description:
• Heading the departments of Portfolio Management and Investment Advice
• Review client Suitability Test and assign each client to his Risk Category according to his Risk Tolerance and Risk appetite
• Create Investment Policy Statements (IPS) for each client according to his characteristics
• Set Risk mitigation and diversification measures for clients and monitor and update them accordingly on a continuous basis
• Accept or Reject clients from receiving Portfolio Management or Investment advice
• Draft and review Investment Advices
• Monitor activity and results of Clients against selected benchmarks
• Amend IPS of clients accordingly and update them on a dynamic level
• Follow company guidelines, company policies and procedures

Job Requirements:
• Holder of Advanced license to provide Financial Services
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in Portfolio Management and Investment Advice
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work well under pressure, organized and attentive to detail
• Demonstrates integrity, discretion, trustworthiness and reliability

Job Description:
Administrative
• General administration/clerical support including stationery and equipment supplies and filing
• Maintaining the overall standard of the office space including liaising with cleaning services
• To maintain office equipment and liaise with suppliers regarding maintenance and supplies
• Full control on filling system in Finance department

Financial
• Recording invoices in Accounting system
• Monthly Reconciliation of Suppliers and Tax accounts
• Petty cash control and recording all relevant receipts
• VIES preparation and submission
• Preparation of Daily Bank balances report based on each day’s bank balances, and to be sent to Management every day
• Assisting on Credit card reconciliation related to clients transactions
• Assisting in the process of Client transactions using our internal CRM, by creating deposits/withdrawals and any other internal transactions as required (Training will be provided)
• Assisting in bookkeeping, as required
• Any other duties as assigned by his/her Manager

Job Requirements:
• Fluency in English
• A diploma or degree in Accounting , Finance or any related field will be considered an advantage
• 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Experience in Forex industry will be considered an advantage
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, MS Office applications)
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Self motivated, with ability to take initiative and work under pressure
• Very strong team value work ethic
