About The Position

Leverate, a dynamic technology provider for the financial market, is seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to promote our company's brand and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop marketing campaigns to effectively promote our brand and sales opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and marketing materials (brochures, flyers, social media posts).
  • Oversee, measure, and optimize the entire Marketing Automation process (for B2B & B2C activities).
  • Manage digital marketing activities to generate leads for the sales department, including PPC and SEO.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and use data to optimize future campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and industry influencers.
  • Plan the company's participation in expos: handle commercial agreements, booth design, and coordinate panel speakers.
  • Manage creative agencies and retainer partners.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience in B2B marketing in a similar position, especially in fintech companies, payment solutions companies, etc.
  • Over 2 years of experience working with dedicated Marketing Automation systems.
  • Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze data to inform marketing strategy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Over 1 year of experience with the HubSpot Marketing system.
