About The Position

Leverate, a prominent hi-tech company, specializes in providing B2B financial services within the fintech sector.

We are looking for exceptional individuals to join us in our expansion.

Therefore, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in the Chinese market, who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote the organization's products and services. The candidate will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies aligned with the organization's business goals.
  • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, product, sales, and development, to create engaging content and optimize user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
  • B2B sales experience in the financial services industry, specifically in CFD, or other financial derivatives products.
  • Expertise in Chinese search engines (e.g., Baidu SEO and SEM).
  • Experience in managing PPC campaigns on Chinese platforms.
  • Knowledge of major Chinese social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Douyin).
  • Skills in content marketing for Chinese audiences.
  • Proficiency in Chinese-specific analytics tools.
  • Awareness of Chinese Internet regulations and advertising guidelines.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
