Open Positions

Job Description:
• General administration/clerical support including stationery and equipment supplies and filing
• Maintaining the overall standard of the office space including liaising with cleaning services
• To maintain office equipment and liaise with suppliers regarding maintenance and supplies
• Full control on filling system in Finance department

• Recording invoices in Accounting system
• Monthly Reconciliation of Suppliers and Tax accounts
• Petty cash control and recording all relevant receipts
• VIES preparation and submission
• Preparation of Daily Bank balances report based on each day’s bank balances, and to be sent to Management every day
• Assisting on Credit card reconciliation related to clients transactions
• Assisting in the process of Client transactions using our internal CRM, by creating deposits/withdrawals and any other internal transactions as required (Training will be provided)
• Assisting in bookkeeping, as required
• Any other duties as assigned by his/her Manager

Job Requirements:
• Fluency in English
• A diploma or degree in Accounting , Finance or any related field will be considered an advantage
• 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Experience in Forex industry will be considered an advantage
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, MS Office applications)
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Self motivated, with ability to take initiative and work under pressure
• Very strong team value work ethic
