About The Position

Leverate, a growing technology company in the financial sector is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Lead. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role for someone who thrives on building pipelines, optimizing results, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personally plan, build, and execute multi-channel B2B lead generation campaigns (SEO, paid, social, direct).
  • Use AI tools to boost campaign efficiency, content production, and analytics.
  • Take full ownership of performance marketing KPIs and continuously optimize for results.
  • Develop and manage digital and offline marketing strategies with clear ROI goals.
  • Align marketing activities with sales targets and business priorities.
  • Lead and mentor a lean marketing team while actively contributing to day-to-day execution.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, improve funnel metrics, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting to market dynamics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in hands-on marketing leadership roles in B2B companies (experience in trading, investing, or gaming is a strong plus).
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing: paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta), tracking, reporting, and A/B testing.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, content marketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience using AI tools across campaign workflows (e.g. content, audience targeting, analytics).
  • Comfortable working with WordPress and marketing automation platforms.
  • Highly analytical with a bias for action and measurable outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English.
